Parents came for a visit and my posting has stopped.  I will be starting up again with regular posts again.  I have not been following the WW since my parents visit but have been somewhat watching what I eat.  I also haven't been exercising. =(  This will change  I will follow my WW plan and will start back with my exercising.  By some miracle I haven't gained weight going off program. I can feel that I am improving, still need lots of work but I am improving. =)  Will start Week 2 on Saturday.  Week 2 is alternating running for 90 secs and walking for 2 mins. I went for my usual hour walk in the morning, did 40 mins of Tae Bo while my daughter had her nap, and after supper I did my C25K!  I feel great!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am going to see how my WI is on Friday if I stay the same or gain I am going to look at eating more points each day.  Sounds odd to eat more when I am trying to lose weight but I think I am working out so much that it is actually putting my body into starvation mode.  I was talking to my Mom who has done Weight Watchers and she was always told to eat your activity points or if you go above 5 APs to eat 1/2 of them, which I have not been doing. I weigh myself daily even though my official WI day is Friday.  The scale hasn't shown a loss all week and even has showed a bit of a gain a couple of times. =(  Guess I will see on Friday but not very optimistic at the moment.&lt;div I am pretty happy!  I am only 1 lb away from having lost 10 lbs. =)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With this weigh in I was 1 lb away from my Thanksgiving goal so I revised that goal to 175.  There are 5 more WIs before Thanksgiving so that is just over 1 lb a week. At the moment my exercise has consisted of a daily 1 hour walk which is great but I want to do more now.  I had tried to start the Couch to 5K program last Friday but things got in the way, I made excuses, etc.  Not anymore! Do you know me? &lt;br /&gt;If you don't, you should. Did the first day tonight and boy am I going to feel it tomorrow I am sure. LOL  For the first week they get you to do a 5 mins warm up walk and than alternate between jogging for 60 seconds and walking for 90 seconds for 20 mins.  It is a somewhat short workout but it kicked my butt.  I download a series of podcasts for this program where the guy tells you when it is time to run and when it is time to walk.  At one point he says something like you should be feeling the effects of the workout now but should not be breathing heavy. LOL well I was doing a bit of both. As you can see I got a new scale.  I tested it out and there was only a 0.2 lbs difference between the two. =)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am pretty excited about my weight loss so far but I am also a bit concerned I maybe losing it a bit to fast.  According to WW you should only lose an average of 2 lbs per week and at the moment I am averaging over 3 lbs a week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This week I stayed OP, drank my water (2L a day), and earned 22 APs this week. The smoke smell is pretty much gone now. Yay! I am down 3.2lbs!  I am excited.  I know that I won't always have those big losses but I am still happy! =D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It took alot to get that picture today.  First I had to fight with the scale to get it to work.  Pretty sure I need a new one since I just got the thing new batteries last Friday and already fighting with it to turn on.  Than I tried to download the picture to my computer and my camera didn't want to work properly. Arghh! Was going to take pictures and everything.  Unfortunately due to the smoke from fires that are in BC the air quality and the strong smell of smoke is keeping me from my walk.  Can't believe the smoke is travel to Edmonton all the way from BC, must be some fire. =O They are staying that the air quality is going to be bad until at least Sunday so I guess that means no walks the whole weekend which is very sad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So the plan for exercise today will most likely be Dance Dance Revolution.  Although if I can find my exercise game I used to use on the XBox might do that instead.  Also I will probably be doing my workout today after my daughter goes to bed cause she has a lot more energy than I do and she hates when I stop doing DDR.  She throws a fit and takes a while to calm her down, she loves to dance.  So to make it less stressful my workout will have to wait until she is asleep.  If the smoke lingers all weekend, I will do my workouts while she is having her afternoon nap.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Starting my first WI in September, which will be September 3rd, I will be taking measurements and pictures of myself and posting them on the blog.  This is somewhat scary for me as I HATE getting my picture taken, I never look the way I see myself in my head in pictures and it bothers me, but I want to see the difference in the way I look as I lose weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for how Weight Watchers has been going.  Had a great day yesterday, stayed within my points, drank all my water, and did my hour walk.  Today seems to be going really well as well which is good because I have my WI tomorrow. =)  Not sure if it is a good idea and really I am not doing it on purpose but the last couple of days my daughter has let me sleep in and by the time I get up I only have a couple of hours until lunch time so I have been skipping breakfast.  It has made it easier to stay within my points and has aloud me some extra points to have a couple of healthy snacks during the day. I will blog my ups and downs.  Once I get up the courage I might even post some pictures. =)  I have always hated to get my picture taken even when I weighed a lot less than I do now.  Not sure if this blog will be interesting or completely boring but I will blog on a regular basis. =)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just started back with Weight Watchers Online on Friday, August 13, 2010.  I was somewhat shocked when I weighed myself that day and found out that I weighed 190 lbs.  I knew I had gained weight as I could feel it physically and my clothes were definitely getting tighter just didn't realize just how much I had gained.  My weigh in days will be Friday mornings.  I will most likely weigh myself almost daily but will only post the weights on Fridays.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My goal weight will be 130 lbs.
